Our Philosophy
David M. Phaff, a local REALTOR® with a 25 year professional perspective, saw a need to simplify using
the Internet to facilitate real estate transactions. He also realized that good old-fashioned customer
service had all too frequently disappeared with the advent of voice mail, e-mail and faxes.
As an advocate for community improvement and civic responsibility, David decided to base this Web site on
the neighborhoods we all live in – to give them an opportunity to tie into their primary asset, real
estate, in a way as to educate new-comers and old-timers alike.
We’re starting slowly and ask your cooperation to help make this a great place to visit whether you are a
